Kelvir.L is a worm spreading through MSN and Windows Messenger.
Kelvir.L has been distributed as 95,990-byte UPX-compressed RAR SFX (self extracting) archive. When executed, it drops two files:
* %Program Files%/help/help32.exe
* %Program Files%/help/zeh.exe
Method of Distribution
Via Messenger
Kelvir.L sends the following messages to all user messenger contacts:
“look at my profile
http://myprofiles.t35.com/***********?email=”
(there other alternative links too!)
At the time of writing the link points to the original Kelvir.L self-extracting archive.
